When I got the unit home and out of the box, I was immediately struck by how modern and nice it looked. Now it’s time for set-up.. I admit, I’d been dreading taking the time to set up the unit, assuming it was going to be a hassle, but much to my surprise- set up was easy. Just hook up the Tyent water ionizer to your water source using the using easy to folllow instructions, plug it in, and your ready to go! The lcd display and simple control panel, make using the Tyent ionizer as easy as using an atm machine. I was expecting a lot more set up and installation, but was pleasantly surprised when the Tyent was up and running in minutes.
Within 15 minutes, I was drinking my very own ionized, chemical free water. It tastes great! You get so used to the taste of all the added toxins and chemicals that you don’t even realize they are there until they are gone. It has a fresh, clean taste that’s hard to describe. You have to try it yourself to understand.
Another cool little feature that I really liked was the color coded notification system and how it lets you check your water quality at a glance. To sum it up in simplest terms: If a yellow, orange, or red notification appears, don’t drink the water! That’s a really nice feature because I don’t want to have to assist my 7 and 9 year olds whenever they want a glass of water.
